Orthopedic Center of Venice has proudly served patients throughout Venice and Southwest Florida since 2004. Founded by Dr. Gonzalez after relocating with his family to Venice, the practice was built on a simple philosophy: provide high-quality orthopedic care with a personalized approach that puts patients first.

Located on Venice Island, our main office has served the community since the practice was founded in 2004. Patients receive comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, treatment, imaging, and follow-up care in a welcoming and professional environment.
Wellen Park Office
Our Wellen Park location provides convenient access to orthopedic care for patients living in Wellen Park, North Port, and surrounding communities. This location allows patients to receive the same high-quality orthopedic care closer to home.

Dr. Julio Gonzalez has provided advanced orthopedic care to Southwest Florida patients for more than 20 years. A recognized leader in knee reconstruction surgery, he founded Orthopedic Center of Venice in 2004 after relocating with his family to Venice, Florida. Since then, he has built a practice focused on delivering personalized orthopedic care and helping patients return to active, healthy lives.
Dr. Jason Collins specializes in Sports Medicine and the treatment of orthopedic injuries affecting athletes and active individuals. His experience includes treating professional athletes, and he has twice been recognized as "Best of North Port, Orthopaedic Surgeon." Dr. Collins provides both surgical and non-surgical treatment options designed to help patients recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy.
Together, our physicians provide comprehensive care for sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, joint pain, and joint replacement surgery.
